Hackathon Participation Terms

  1. Participants must complete registration accurately and agree to all hackathon terms and conditions.
  2. Submitted ideas must be original and not infringe on third-party intellectual property. Participants bear full legal responsibility for their submissions.
  3. Participants must follow the hackathon themes, topics, and all technical and organizational guidelines.
  4. Deliverables must be submitted on time, and participants are expected to engage actively throughout the event.
  5. Professional conduct, teamwork, and mutual respect for all participants and organizers are required.
  6. By participating, participants grant the organizers and sponsors the right to use, develop, or implement their ideas or outputs as deemed appropriate, while maintaining proper credit to the creators.
  7. The organizers may use submissions for documentation, media coverage, and reporting purposes without any obligation for compensation.
  8. Participation does not create any obligation for the organizers or sponsors to adopt or implement the ideas.
  9. Registering and participating constitutes explicit acceptance of these terms without reservation.
