Business Protection Section of Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) in collaboration with Ejtemaat Knowledge Network organised a series of seminars to introduce their services which is a free of charge and dispute resolution service for Dubai companies.

Targeting a high level audience for promoting its business protection services to key sections of Dubai's business community such as the automobiles industry, the electronics and computers industry, and catering to business council members such as the Indian Businessmen and Professional Council and the Lebanese Business Council, the aim was to present DED's Business Protection Services as a model institution that offers various services that Dubai business community badly misses such as mediation, intellectual property protection, copyrights infringements, counterfeit and fraud.
