Dr. Saeed is an academician and ICT and Innovation specialist. He has advised and consulted several government organizations in areas including IT systems development, smart government & smart cities, innovation management, and cybersecurity. He was appointed in 2004 as a Director General of the newly formed Emirates Identity Authority. He established and led the authority for two years.

He has led and participated in local and international assessment teams of several programs and awards including the GCC e-government award, and the UAE Drones and AI & Robotics for Good Awards.

He was a member of the international advisory committee of the UAE space agency.

Also, he is on technology advisory panels of several universities in UAE. He enjoys speaking about the new disruptive technologies and their impact on business and society.

Mike is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and the CTO for Services & Support in the Watson Customer Engagement Business Unit of IBM. He joined IBM in 2010 as the Global Leader for Technical Services in IBM's Industry Cloud Solutions. Mike graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1989. He subsequently did a Masters in Engineering from the University of Houston, Texas and a Masters in Computer Science from Monash University, Australia. Mike started his career at the Research Center of Baker Hughes (then Western Atlas) in 1994, where his analysis work yielded U.S. and International Patents.

In 1995, Mike moved to Australia and worked for HP and IBM there, but returned to Silicon Valley in 2001. After a brief stint there and at GE in 2003, Mike joined Sterling Commerce in 2005. His expertise spans systems at Airports, Healthcare Providers, Postal Services, Power Companies, Telecomms, Retailers, Manufacturers and Logistics Providers in the United States, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, India, Southeast Asia and other parts of EU. His current interests include Artificial Intelligence in eCommerce and Block chain in Supply Chain. Mike is also a certified CISSP Security Engineer with a focus on Data Security and Privacy.

Mr. Obeidat is a global serial entrepreneur, researcher, and an impactful investor. He has over a decade of experience in leading successful technology startups, business consulting and fintech. In 2013, Obeidat built the first online investment platform for spot precious metals deliverable contracts, and was involved, as of 2016, in the investment of over a US$ billion in the gold markets in the EMEA. In 2017, he founded Investifai, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered wealth management startup, producing higher risk-adjusted returns than most of the traditional investment managers.

Obeidat holds a BA degree in applied chemistry from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST), and a master’s degree in global management (MGM) from Royal Roads University in Victoria. BC, Canada, where he conducted an empirical research that focuses on managing global multi-asset investment portfolios using machine learning models.

Elie El-Khoury is the Artificial Intelligence Experience Lead for Accenture, one of the world-largest consulting and global professional services firms.

He currently leads cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence programs for large clients in the GCC region, focusing on Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning. Mr El-Khoury was also a key contributor in getting the approval from SAMA to introduce Artificial Intelligence in the Saudi Banking sector.

Prior to moving to the GCC, Mr El-Khoury helped large Canadian firms and Forbes 500 companies by partnering and advising C-level executives to improve their businesses through large scale transformational programs, leveraging technology and digital capabilities to evolve their operating models and transform their businesses while keeping the customer at the heart of the experience.

Mr. El-Khoury holds a Computer Engineering degree from McGill University in Montreal Canada and is Lean Six Sigma certified.
