Learn how to manage through the chaos of a volatile, uncertain economic reality.
The Business Accelerator Masterclass leverages Agile framework and the Rockefeller Habits Four Decisions™. These refer to the critical decisions that companies must get right to maximize their revenue, profit and time. These four decisions involve the areas of People, Strategy, Execution and Cash. This masterclass will teach you the tools for taking the right decisions in each of these areas.
Industrial Age Strategizing Is Dead. Companies & CEOs
Lifecycles Have Halved. How Will You Scale & Win?
Are you struggling to manage through the chaos of
a global economy that has become unimaginably
complex & increasingly volatile, uncertain and
ambiguous? Are you on-track for 20m tourists by
2020?
Is average length of stay up? Are profits harder to
predict? Occupancy may be OK but is the rates war a
sentiment you must change? Are you finding it harder
attracting & retaining profitable customers & key
staff?
VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous)
is that the new normal in the tourism and hospitality
sector?
Economists refer to this new economic reality as VUCA, it
is the new norm for doing business in the post-industrial
age. According to Kevin Roberts, CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi
Worldwide "Hoteliers will need to adapt to the challenges
of existing within a VUCA world if they want to meet the
needs of consumers in the future". Adapt Fast or Die.
Navigating through the VUCA chaos, growing profitability
when occupancy has dropped by 1% and rates by 10%
are key challenges keeping most GMs and CEOs awake
at night. As the tools and frameworks of the industrial
age become increasingly irrelevant in today’s volatile
and uncertain economic reality, new rules and new tools
are needed to win. Welcome to the age of The Agile
Organisation!
